Manager: Paolo M. Capobianco

Aside from the delicious food, one of the best things about Trattoria Isabella is the warm greeting you get from the staff. Especially one of Chicagoland's most well know Maître d' Manager Paolo M. Capobianco. In fact, he was just mentioned in a recent publication Trigger City by Author Sean Chercover.

Paolo was born and raised Napoli, Italy, after working in a plethora of Italy’s finest restaurants. Life brought him to the U.S. where he continued a flourishing restaurant career in some of New York’s finest restaurants  including Capriccio, Caravella, Boccacci and La Estrada. There he had the pleasure of entertaining the likes of Frank Sinatra, Toni Bennet, Diana Ross, Maestro Bartoletti and many more.

Paolo now brings a lifetime of experience to the doorsteps of Trattoria Isabella, whether your Frank Sinatra or Frank from around the block he will make you feel indelibly impressed with your dining experience.
